Job Description

Job Summary

Birddog Talent, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for loading firmware and testing displays to ensure they operate as designed and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load firmware and test displays in accordance with testing procedures determined by our Quality Assurance and Engineering departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and identify display defects and malfunctions.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on display issues, including wiring, connections, and loaded files.
  • Collaborate with our Assembly and Project Packaging teams to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
  • Log test results for compliance and traceability, and log non-conformances following Quality Assurance oversight.
  • Support the development of monthly quality reports.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow testing protocols and work with technical schematics.
  • Experience in wiring and connecting cables to circuited boards.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Handy and capable of working with power tools.
  • Attentive to detail and quality of workmanship.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet specified deadlines.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting production drawings.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with integrated testing procedures.
  • Experience in assembly lines of electric, electronic products.
  • Experience in troubleshooting systems.
