Quality Assurance Utilization Coordinator (Bilingual) - APEX Program

The APEX Program represents an innovative effort aimed at providing outstanding services to students throughout the state. This initiative is supported by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) along with various educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze reports on critical indicators associated with potential fraudulent activities.
  • Evaluate system-generated reports to ensure adherence to state or program regulations and detect any necessary guideline modifications.
  • Investigate documentation to identify occurrences of noncompliance with established state policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technical capacity pertinent to the designated area.

Please note that a valid driver's license may be required for this role.
