Key Responsibilities:- Data Management:
- Maintain and update our corporate database and customer portals regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collect and enter data into customer portals to facilitate seamless communication.
- Policy Deployment:
- Assist in updating and deploying corporate policies to ensure compliance with our quality management system.
- Contribute to the development of quality policies in our document control module.
- Quality Assurance:
- Identify and update critical-to-quality attribute measurements in our database to ensure data integrity.
- Log quality key performance indicators, review data, and create trends and reports based on data mining.
- Special Studies and Programs:
- Collaborate with our Quality Assurance and Marketing departments on special studies to drive business growth.
- Ensure regular testing of our Traceability Corporate Program and update recall information to maintain customer trust.
- Audit Preparation and Documentation:
- Assist with GFSI and Gluten-Free Plants Audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Organize, update, and maintain our QA shared databases in a secure and organized manner.
- Document Control and Training:
- Administer FDA registrations bi-annually for all our facilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train QA and QC staff on database usage, new devices, and other required training to enhance their skills.
- Specifications and Compliance:
- Provide updated specifications to our Marketing Department for product development to meet customer needs.
- Maintain customer documentation requirements and update Raw Materials and Finished Product Specifications to ensure quality and safety.
- New Products and Change Requirements:
- Create new item specifications in our specification module and communicate effectively with designated plants and departments.
- Collect and maintain finished product attributes data for our Atlanta QA Department and Corporate.
- Training of QA Staff:
- Train QA and QC staff on QA department databases and new devices to enhance their skills.
- Assist with other tasks as required by our QA Corporate Coordinator, VP of Sales, VP Operations, and/or the Director of QA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred to communicate with our diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access to manage data and create reports.
- Understanding of basic applied and theoretical statistics to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds to perform tasks that require physical effort.
- Friendly, cooperative, and professional attitude to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong people skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to implement programs and perform tasks to keep our QA program up to date and compliant with industry standards.
