Key Responsibilities:- Data Management:
- Maintain and update our corporate database and customer portals regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collect and enter data into customer portals, ensuring seamless communication with our customers.
- Policy Deployment:
- Assist in updating and deploying corporate policies to ensure compliance with Ole requirements, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of QA policies in our OLE-QMS document control module, driving continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Identify and update critical-to-quality attribute measurements in our database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Log QA KPIs, review data, and create trends and reports based on data mining, driving informed decision-making.
- Special Studies and Programs:
- Collaborate with our Quality Assurance and Marketing Department on special studies, driving business growth and innovation.
- Ensure regular testing of our Traceability Corporate Program and update recall information, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
- Audit Preparation and Documentation:
- Assist with GFSI and Gluten-Free Plants Audits, ensuring facilitation of required audit materials and maintaining a high level of compliance.
- Organize, update, and maintain QA shared databases in an organized manner, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Document Control and Training:
- Administer FDA registrations bi-annually for all Ole facilities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Train QA and QC staff on database usage, new devices, and other required training, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Specifications and Compliance:
- Provide updated specifications to our Marketing Department for product development, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Maintain customer documentation requirements and update Raw Materials and Finished Product Specifications, driving business growth and innovation.
- New Products and Change Requirements:
- Create new item specifications in our specification module and communicate effectively with designated plants and departments, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
- Collect and maintain finished product attributes data for our Atlanta QA Department and Corporate, driving informed decision-making.
- Training of QA Staff:
- Train QA and QC staff on QA department databases and new devices, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist with other tasks as required by our QA Corporate Coordinator, VP of Sales, VP Operations, and/or the Director of QA, driving business growth and innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Understanding of basic applied and theoretical statistics.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Friendly, cooperative, and professional attitude.
- Strong people skills and organizational abilities.
- Ability to implement programs and perform tasks to keep the QA program up to date.
