Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client prequalification packages, proposals, and interview strategies.
  • Collaborate with business development, leadership, and operations teams to research, plan, prepare, write, design, and produce all proposal and presentation materials for new business and clients.
  • Lead the development of interview presentation materials and coach teams to ensure effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Provide storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuits, maintaining and enforcing company brand standards and quality control procedures.
  • Develop and implement communications strategies, including social media, internal and external newsletters, website updates, and award submissions.
  • Manage and maintain marketing information, including employee and project data, client testimonials, case studies, and photography.
  • Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorships, and assist with gathering market research.
  • Support and represent the company at industry events, as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proposal experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
  • Advanced InDesign and Adobe Suite skills, including PhotoShop and Illustrator.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong team commitment to collaboration and exceeding internal and external client needs.
