RN Float Pool Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to utilize your specialized skills and unit-specific competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required.
- Additional certifications required based on specialty unit (ACLS, PALS, STABLE, TNCC, ENPC, and/or NRP).
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
- Two years' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care required.
