**Program Supervisor III**
The Program Supervisor III plays a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing expert guidance and administrative support to program staff. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a large program, serving clients with complex needs, or providing multiple services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise program staff, providing expertise and monitoring service delivery to achieve grant objectives;
- Provide direct supervision of professional and operational staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles;
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational objectives, working closely with the Director to ensure alignment and progress;
- Analyze and resolve complex problems, interpreting policy and demonstrating subject matter expertise;
- Conduct regular case conferencing and audits to ensure participant progress and record accuracy;
- Monitor program compliance with VOALA policies and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation of all program procedures;
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop outreach and collaboration efforts;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience;
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a social services organization, leading programs, projects, or staff;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policy and demonstrate subject matter expertise;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to develop partnerships with community organizations;
- Experience with HMIS and other relevant databases used by partner service providers;
- Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and/or limited English capabilities.
