Job Title: Communications Director

At Tipping Point Community, we are seeking a highly skilled Communications Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that raises awareness and funds for our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our digital communications channels, including email, web, and social media.
  • Collaborate with our Development team to create compelling fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Oversee the development of internal and external communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other collateral.
  • Manage a team of communications professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of communications initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on non-profit or philanthropic organizations.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
