Director of Executive Communications

The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Executive Communications. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and resonate with stakeholders. Your exceptional writing and editing skills will help distill complex information into simple, engaging stories that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive executive communications strategy that aligns with our company's objectives.
- Write and edit speeches, op-eds, articles, and other communications materials for our senior executives.
- Lead the development of executive-level internal communications, including emails, newsletters, town halls, and organizational updates.
- Support executives in their engagement with media, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage media requests and responses in collaboration with our PR agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a proven track record of creating impactful speeches and executive content.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to craft compelling narratives that align with business goals.
- Proven experience working with C-suite executives and managing high-level communications strategies.

Compensation will be paid in the range of $215,000 - $230,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
