Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator 1 to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines. As a key member of our Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operational functions of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer information.
- Assist with scanning and processing of bills, ensuring accurate and timely loading into our computer system.
- Provide support to the Linehaul Dispatch area, as needed, including receiving drivers and obtaining information on freight.
- Direct visitors and truckers to various parts of the building or premises, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Balance daily cash reports and account for all bills, making and preparing bank deposits and checks as needed.
- Provide daily phone coverage for the Service Center, operating a switchboard console to ensure seamless communication.
- Welcomes visitors to the Service Center and provides applications to applicants, collecting them upon completion.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to satisfactorily pass background check and alcohol and drug test
- 6 months of related experience and/or previous office experience
- Strong customer relations skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience with Customer Service, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Multi-line phone systems
$16.59-$21.16 Per Hour
