Job Summary
KENCO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation, creation, retrieval, validation, and storage of documents necessary to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Label, pack, and load items for shipment according to specifications
- Conduct thorough checks of receipts against purchase orders for proper shipment, shortages, damages, or defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics and customer service processes
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
