Job Summary

KENCO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation, creation, retrieval, validation, and storage of documents necessary to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Label, pack, and load items for shipment according to specifications
  • Conduct thorough checks of receipts against purchase orders for proper shipment, shortages, damages, or defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics and customer service processes
