The Marketing Operations Coordinator II will play a crucial role in executing marketing initiatives for the Cell Biology (CB) sector. This position involves collaboration with a diverse network of colleagues across various programs, supporting our business partners and driving the global expansion of the Business Unit.

Biosciences Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global marketing events, including both virtual and in-person formats such as seminars, conferences, user meetings, trade shows, product exhibitions, and training sessions, while strictly adhering to brand guidelines, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Develop and implement promotional materials for events and create documented processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the execution of CB Scientist-to-Scientist (S2S) and Gibco Galaxy Tour events, collaborating closely with divisional marketing, commercial, and R&D teams.
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing third-party marketing campaigns, trade shows, and digital channels, focusing on strategy, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion rates to foster business growth and improve return on investment.
- Adapt project management, marketing operations, communication, and relationship-building strategies to achieve optimal results for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key partners, providing clear and concise status updates to ensure awareness of project progress and potential risks.
- Conduct evaluations post-events to assess success and identify areas for enhancement, preparing detailed reports that summarize insights, attendee feedback, and lessons learned, along with recommendations for future initiatives based on evaluation findings and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management/Marketing preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation skills; database experience is a plus.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in identifying and implementing processes to enhance marketing operations and drive efficiency.
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Capable of working independently while taking ownership of assigned projects.
- Demonstrated business acumen and customer focus are essential.
- Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed.
