KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about various insurance products.
- Employ effective communication skills to meet customer needs while supporting business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
- Sales experience preferred, including roles in retail, telemarketing, or inside/outside sales.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses for Property and Casualty, Life and Health.
- Skilled in relating to customers, addressing their inquiries, and anticipating their needs.
- Exceptional communication abilities to assist clients and collaborate with team members.
- Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer requirements.
