Job Title: Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external customers via phone and electronic communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for all system/software applications during customer interactions.
  • Become proficient with the trouble ticket system and maintain a minimal amount of open ticket backlog.
  • Immediately escalate issues when necessary.
  • Engage daily with team members and supervisors to deliver effective customer service with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform quality control testing of modified existing and/or new product lines, if assigned.
  • Assist team members with customer-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum six months experience in Help Desk/Call Center, Support Desk, or Customer Support environment.
  • Minimum six months of direct customer interaction experience, including via phone.
  • Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Computer literate, specifically with personal computers (PCs).
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible and extended schedule to meet department and company objectives.
  • Consistent achievement of scores of 96 or above on monitored customer call evaluations.
