Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Car Salesperson to join our team at Grand Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting and guiding potential customers in the showroom, presenting used car options that meet their individual needs, and delivering a positive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
  • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
  • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence
  • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
  • Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options

Requirements:

  • One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
  • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships' processes, financing options, and sales management
  • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
