Job Summary

The Client Success Summons Liaison is responsible for coordinating the flow of legal documents and correspondence, ensuring timely handling and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and compliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and driving business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the legal pipeline for both Active and Non-Active Legal Plan clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact between clients and third-party legal vendors.
  • Drive vendor performance by establishing clear expectations and tracking results.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment, ideally in debt resolution.
  • Proven experience in client service or customer service roles.
