Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home or clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and other daily living tasks
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
