Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist individuals with their daily living needs, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals in developing and achieving their personal goals and objectives.
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments and activities.
  • Assist individuals with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move individuals as needed.
