Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, providing support and guidance to help them grow and learn.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management, while promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Support participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
