Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
