Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that customer service and quality standards are met. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team to drive branch growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all facets of branch operations, including budgeting, supply-demand analysis, and process modeling.
  • Ensure that customer service and quality standards are met, and develop a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and excellence.
  • Train, motivate, and develop a strong team to fuel branch growth and profitability.
  • Remain current with industry trends and provide market assessments to the General Manager.
  • Assist with physical maintenance and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of successful experience in a sales, service, or general management position within the textile services industry.
  • Exceptional skills in production, sales, and service, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with superior organizational skills and a strong commitment to superior customer service and business growth.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
