Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating all project phases from initiation to completion
  • Manage the creation, tracking, and distribution of submittals
  • Compile and finalize project closeout documentation
  • Prepare and revise construction contracts, including change orders as directed
  • Draft subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of RFIs to relevant parties
  • Ensure the distribution of ASIs to subcontractors and project supervisors
  • Input and maintain project database information
  • Document progress meeting minutes for owners and subcontractors
  • Maintain organized job file records
  • Handle incoming telephone inquiries
  • Perform filing and other assigned tasks
