About the Role

As an Assistant General Manager at Panera Bread, you will play a key role in leading our team to success by driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality operations. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, while also focusing on building a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans
  • Manage and maintain high-quality operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
