Key Responsibilities- Proposal Development: Coordinate the internal proposal process, review all proposal inputs, and direct the production of the final proposal.
- Proposal Management: Work in close collaboration with the proposal team to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met, from the receipt of inquiry through to contract award.
- Proposal Compliance: Ensure that the proposal is fully compliant with the client's requirements, identifying alternatives and possible solutions where necessary.
- Proposal Coordination: Coordinate the internal flow and review of all proposal inputs and outputs, ensuring the appropriate personnel review and approval levels are in place prior to submitting the proposal.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact with the client, coordinating with sales and other commercial team members on all formal matters relating to assigned proposals.
- Education: Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the construction industry with exposure to EPC projects in the electric power and water/wastewater sectors.
- Skills: Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and work well under stress and time pressure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the construction industry with exposure to EPC projects in the electric power and water/wastewater sectors.
- Skills: Knowledge and skills in bid preparation, specifically in the electric power industry. Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and work well under stress and time pressure.
