Member Education and Training Specialist

The Member Education Intern will focus on training and event management, working closely with the Member Education and Marketing/Ecommerce team, speakers, vendors, and Do it Best Members. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Identify marketing opportunities to promote training programs and develop a marketing plan to increase engagement.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential speakers for training sessions and ensure their expertise aligns with the company's goals.
- Identify opportunities for member training and development, creating a comprehensive plan to address these needs.
- Review and edit training content to ensure it meets the company's standards and is engaging for members.
- Develop and implement online training modules, utilizing the company's existing resources and tools.
- Uphold established writing and visual brand standards in all training materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Support the event planning process, working closely with the event team to ensure successful execution.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings.
- Ability to lead projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valuable training and event management experience.
- Helpful mentoring from business leaders within Marketing/Ecommerce and other departments.
- College credit.
