About the Role

The Member Education and Training Coordinator will focus on developing and implementing training programs for Do it Best members. This role involves building online courses, creating marketing plans, and supporting event planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to promote training programs and increase member engagement
  • Conduct research to identify potential speakers and subject matter experts for training sessions
  • Develop and implement online training modules that meet the needs of Do it Best members
  • Review and edit training content to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support the event planning process and ensure smooth execution of in-person programs
  • Collaborate with the Member Education and Marketing/Ecommerce team to develop and implement training strategies

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
