Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Utilize consultative skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on all FedEx Office products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and making change as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail store environment.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, move and lift up to 55 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
