The Role
We seek an experienced National Accounts Director to drive commercial growth in the New York Metro region. As a key member of our team, you will source new commercial client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and fostering relationships with consultant groups serving employers greater than 10,000 US employees. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a pipeline through cold outreach, supporting key tasks and activities in the sales process, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across functions and levels.
Requirements
7+ years of experience selling healthcare products to employer groups, proficiency in Salesforce, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working in ambiguous scenarios, leveraging sales tools, and documenting all activity in Salesforce CRM. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding and network within the employer and consultant community in the New York Metro area.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation and equity, PTO, bonuses, 401K, and other benefits. CA Pay Range: $170,000-$190,000 USD.
