We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at DivIHN Integration Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our hiring activities and delivering an exceptional experience for our recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the hiring team and candidates to secure interview availability and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize relevant tools and systems to accurately schedule and confirm interviews, book meeting rooms, arrange travel, and support logistics.
  • Act as the face of the client when meeting and greeting candidates, providing a first-class experience and ensuring a seamless interaction.
  • Lead the support of candidates through post-offer processes, including background checks, and ensure a smooth transition to their first day.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 or more years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within an onsite or in-house team.
  • Experience with complex or volume scheduling, preferably using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels and build high-quality relationships.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support.
  • Experience within Human Resources is preferred but not required.
