The Enteral Feeding Region Sales Manager is responsible for leading the execution of Avanos' strategic commercial initiatives and business objectives. This role requires effective leadership and management skills to achieve sales goals and commercial execution.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated consistent results in developing key growth sales strategies, driving change and standardization within hospitals, and owning and achieving annual sales targets.

This position involves managing and deploying resources focused on achieving commercial objectives, partnering with customers to understand their business needs, and collaborating with internal business partners on an ongoing basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales leadership & management experience
  • Proof of a successful track record, results-driven, assertive selling, and effective leadership qualities
  • Demonstrates high-impact communication and interpersonal skills
