Job Responsibilities- Create a warm, friendly environment where residents feel comfortable from admission through discharge.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day.
- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
- Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations to initiate life-saving measures.
- Handle medication for residents and maintain meticulous records of every aspect of care administered.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, which includes a competitive salary, guaranteed retention bonus paid quarterly, additional bonus potential with an annual bonus, student loan repayment, scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and many more benefits. We offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) match, monthly employee celebrations, and fully vaccinated teams.
Requirements and Qualifications- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
- Be experienced in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine.
- Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
