Job Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing nursing and nursing-related services to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care. This includes maintaining a safe and clean environment, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting resident independence and control.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist residents with mobility and transfers
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment
* Promote resident independence and control

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program
* Prior experience giving personal care to impaired individuals in a healthcare setting is preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
