Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Clinician to join our team at Ascension Medical Group in Noblesville, IN.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with pediatric experience to work as part of our primary care team. As a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Clinician, you will provide direct patient care and implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote optimal health outcomes for children and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitoring patient condition and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date required; Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • RN with 3-5 years of experience, pediatric experience highly preferred.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, based on education and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, various health insurance options, retirement benefits, employee assistance programs, and more.
