About the RoleThe Ambulatory Registered Nurse functions as a member of the Healthy Aging Transition Services (HATS) care team, conducting duties such as phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, referrals, prescription refill, care coordination, patient intake, and other related tasks as needed.

Requirements- A graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- One year or more of nursing experience required.
- Geriatric experience preferred.
- Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.
- Phone triage experience a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
