Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and configure software and hardware on Windows and Apple devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
- Manage and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and asset management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to executive-level customers
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including technical training and white-glove service to executive customers
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Office 365, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, including portables, and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with imaging Windows 10 OS and basic network concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations
- Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
- Experience working in a call center or help desk environment
- MCP, A+ Certifications, and/or knowledge of UNIX systems is a plus
