Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our security alarm systems.

  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our customers' alarm systems, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Work Environment

This is an onsite position, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time in an air-conditioned facility, using a computer for extended periods, and daily use of headsets to communicate with customers.
