- Analyze portfolio performance and KPIs of external servicers, ensuring quality of deliverables and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collect and register technical property files, including topographic and building permits, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Advise on technical feasibility of assets and identify potential obstacles, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Verify assumptions for assets to be sold or commercially exploited, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Rural and Surveying Engineering, or related discipline, with a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.
- 5 years of experience in similar projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent command of MS Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in legalization of assets by L.4495/2017 and technical studies, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience in topographic issues, GOK, NOK, and cadastral issues, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
- Good knowledge of the local property market, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Positive attitude and ability to cope with new initiatives, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Team-player with effective interaction skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Rural and Surveying Engineering, or related discipline, with advanced knowledge of technical principles and practices.
