Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working in a help desk environment with ServiceNow tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
