Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in liaising with our direct clients, distributors, and field personnel to ensure the prompt and precise entry of customer fulfillment requests into our JDEdwards ERP System. This position collaborates closely with Shipping personnel to address any fulfillment challenges and works in tandem with the Director of Customer Relations to set individual and team objectives, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to both internal and external clients, thereby fostering a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations through timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans, project initiatives, and service metrics.
- Collaborate with management to identify process enhancements that boost performance and profitability.
- Review and analyze reports while maintaining meticulous records.
- Provide insights on policies, procedures, system improvements, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate challenging customer interactions.
- Develop action plans aimed at supporting projected revenue growth.
- Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or a combination of education, training, and experience that meets the position's requirements.
- A minimum of three years of experience with JDE and/or Medical Device Item Numbers.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to adjust priorities swiftly and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Understanding of document processes and procedures.
- Proficient in building relationships across various levels within the organization and with clients and partners.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Preferred experience with JDE Edwards and Business Objects.
- Familiarity with personal computers and relevant applications.
