KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive research to gain insights into the client experience.
  • Effectively understanding and articulating client needs and requests.
  • Identifying potential enhancements to the client experience and suggesting improvements.
  • Professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently gathering necessary information to fulfill client requirements.
  • Providing accurate and effective support to clients in resolving their issues.
  • Utilizing client feedback to continually enhance and uphold the overall client experience.
  • Exhibiting a strong sense of urgency in managing tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in Client Relations.
  • 1 year of experience with Zendesk or a similar CRM system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of compliance and restricted items.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities.
  • Reliable multi-tasker with a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to align with broader strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all situations.
