Job Title: Program Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Professional Staffing. As a Program Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining data and documents, managing procurement files, and assisting with process development and maintenance via Fieldglass web-based system operations and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate the daily transactions of the supplemental labor program, including the requisition/submittal process and candidate placement.
- Act as a point-of-contact for managers, assisting them through the position description, job posting, interview, candidate shortlisting, and candidate selection process.
- Facilitate the on-boarding, assignment maintenance, and off-boarding of contract personnel to new assignments.
- Track contract personnel onboarding through assignment ends to verify integrity of system data for reports, security management, etc.
- Provide administrative/coordination support to CORs, to facilitate resolution of any internal issues between managers and contract personnel.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Fieldglass web-based system operations and functions.
