Regional Recruiting Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Regional Recruiting Manager to support the staffing needs for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Home Health Aides in various territories.

This is a remote role, but candidates should live within commutable distance of Greenville, NC, and/or Raleigh/Durham, NC, and have the ability to attend in-person community events, such as job fairs.

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, acting as a brand ambassador, and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and supporting staffing needs of the office
  • Developing and retaining relationships with candidates and referrals
  • Processing employment inquiries and full-cycle recruitment
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop job postings
  • Attending career fairs and networking events as needed
  • Coordinating in-services, training, and direct reports for new hires
  • Collaborating on strategic initiatives to drive recruitment efforts and utilizing various tools to source candidates
  • Identifying and screening applicable candidates and conducting scheduled and walk-in interviews
  • Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers
  • Promoting and fostering ongoing partnerships with directors, office staff, field employees, and other BAYADA recruiters
  • Utilizing various social media platforms

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruiting required
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
  • Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Social Media Marketing required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
  • Live within commutable distance of Greenville and/or Raleigh/Durham, NC, with availability to attend community events
