Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to lead and manage a team of field service engineers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of customer site service in the given region for life science and clinical diagnostic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policy.
  • Accountable for revenue and expenses against budget, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Act as a customer advocate in resolving field support related issues, working closely with sales reps and managers.
  • Evaluate performance, write reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Active in recruiting and retaining talent, ensuring field resource utilization and working with partners in Technical Support and Support Operations to plan and implement product training.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates/Bachelors Degree in technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10 years management or technical leadership experience in the Diagnostics or Scientific Products business, with a proven track record in providing high-level on-site customer service.
  • Skills: Strong management leadership skills, good customer relation and communication skills, both written and oral, advanced computer skills, and ability to evaluate, coach/mentor, and recruit talent.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $104,100 to $143,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
