Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boeing Future of Flight. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead proposal development teams to create winning proposals for new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with a high sense of urgency and diplomacy in a highly dynamic environment
  • Prepare proposals, project documents, and metrics as needed, including budgets
  • Ensure resources are available and efficiently allocated to ensure high-quality, successful project development and execution
  • Monitor and control financial performance (budget) for each project
  • Serve as the main point of contact for events and project requests for our key customers
  • Create, maintain, and advance internal and external stakeholder relationships to build trust and strong partnerships
  • Drive integration across different organizations, developing a clear understanding of the client's business goals to execute the strategy
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years diverse and successful Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and technical skills
  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Preferred qualifications: Eight years diverse and successful Program/Project Management experience, Seasoned technical customer support professional, Familiarity with The Boeing Company, Expertise with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project, and experience with SharePoint applications
