Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division.

This is an interim non-exempt position until the trainee has received certification of program completion and been placed into a branch.

Successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program is a pre-requisite to transition into a non-exempt Associate Branch Manager (ABM) or exempt Branch Manager (BM) role.

Employees who are not currently in an ABM or BM role at the time of hire will participate in the Branch Manager Readiness program.

As a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

You will be expected to execute policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, as well as audit and escalation procedures, and manage the allocation of people and financial resources for the branch.

This role requires a strong understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention.

You will be responsible for interacting with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees, and for making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Pay Range: $52.02
