Account Executive/Manager, Partner Development

CuliNEX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive/Manager to join our Partner Development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing prospect and client buying relationships with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities with qualified prospects
- Understand client/prospect needs
- Define success for a project and lead pivots to projects as needed
- Collaborate with team members to present solutions that meet company pricing and contracting requirements
- Advance and close deals to meet sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in consultative sales or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with and commitment to leveraging the value of CRM systems in your work and for reporting/forecasting purposes
