Job Summary

Deliver exceptional guest experiences as a Concierge/Front Desk Agent at our Branson, MO hotel. Assist guests with planning their vacation, selling show and attraction tickets, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests
  • Sell and book show and attraction tickets for guests' pre-arrival and on-property
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and booking procedures
  • Notify housekeeping of late check-outs, early check-ins, and special requests
  • Report guest dissatisfaction to the Front Office Supervisor or Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED or three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Strong desire to accommodate guests' needs and ability to build quick rapport
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evening shifts over weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
