Guest Services Representative

What will be your role?
As a Front Desk Clerk at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
- Updating and maintaining records in our computerized reservation system.
- Assisting guests with reservations and modifications, while resolving any unit availability issues.
- Generating invoices and processing payments for rentals and merchandise.
- Managing safety deposit boxes securely.
- Receiving and relaying housekeeping and maintenance requests to the appropriate departments.
- Preparing and restocking front desk supplies, including arrival packets.
- Offering information about local attractions and resort amenities.
- Drafting correspondence and reports for management as needed.
What qualifications are we seeking?
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations with courtesy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and cover shifts as needed.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Front Desk or Guest Services roles.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions.
- The hospitality industry or related fields.
