Project Supervision and Management

The Project Supervisor at Callahan Inc. is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train construction teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
$110,000 - $140,000 per year.
