We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Sewer Project Manager to join our team in the New London, CT area.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing a high-profile water service replacement contract in New London, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field workers, maintaining hours and responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with ocean regulations.

The project requires regular communication with project owners and engineers to provide assistance and ensure smooth execution. A mix of superintendency duties and project management skills is essential for this role.

The position involves working at depths of 4-5 feet or more, requiring knowledge of roadways and comfort working in such environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Experience in water and sewage/underground piping and utilities superintendent work
  • Experience working with "Call Before You Dig" requests
  • General knowledge of materials: copper, brass, ductile pipe, cast iron pipe, HDPE
  • Experience working on roadways

Candidates with construction-related degrees or P6 or P7 underground sewer licenses are highly desirable.
